Asdis has been one of Iceland's best athletes for two decades and represented Iceland in three Olympic Games in javelin throw. At the same time she finished a M.Sc. degree in Pharmacy and a PhD in immunology. Asdis focuses on how we can set goals and achieve them, have the right mindset and all round health. She is extremely passionate about helping others improve themselves and their lives. That is why she is now offering to share her unique experience, what she learned during her long athletic career and the methods she used to reach her level of success.
