Hello, My name is Egle and I am searching a job as baker/pastry maker. I am a certified baker/pastry maker. I was studying the Pastry Arts in the Culinary Arts Academy in Le Bouveret, Switzerland and then had a 6 months practice as a pastry intern at the world-class resort Ikos Oceania in Greece. I came home to Sweden two weeks ago and decided to search a job here. The preferred places would be Hudiksvall eller Söderhamn. As a student of Culinary Arts Academy in Switzerland, I have dedicated my studies to mastering the art of pastry. I have gained a solid foundation in pastry techniques and been exposed to various aspects of pastry making, including working with doughs, creating delicate pastries and desserts, and experimenting with different flavor combinations. I am familiar with sanitary requirements applicable in commercial kitchens, skilled in using various kitchen equipment and have a thorough understanding of ingredient functionalities. As a pastry intern, I gained a lot of skills and experiences that have enhanced my understanding of pastry making. In addition to technical skills, my internship provided me with an opportunity to enhance my soft skills, such as teamwork, communication, and adaptability. Working in a high-pressure kitchen environment taught me the importance of effective communication and collaboration, as we worked together to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality pastries to guests. I also learned to be adaptable and flexible. I am used to living and studying in international environment. I lived in Lithuania, Spain, Sweden, studied in Switzerland and worked in Greece. I speak fluent English and Lithuanian. I studied Swedish at SFI before I moved to Switzerland, I can understand it but it is hard to speak for me. I am fast learner and hope to learn it at work. I am dedicated and hardworking and I am confident that my passion for pastry, combined with my skills and determination, will make me a valuable candidate to work in your bakery. As a person, I am calm and friendly, reliable and responsible. I hope to use my knowledge and skills in pastry making to contribute to the success of your team. In my free time, I like to crochet, to read books and to bake of course. I am single, have no children, I am flexible to work the day and night shifts and on the weekends.
