Do you want to empower your group to succeed? I am offering an encouraging, educational and entertaining talk where I share the methods I used to become a world class javelin thrower and finish a PhD at the same time. More importantly I will talk about how your group can use those methods to succeed in their field. The talk is one hour and afterwards the audience will have increased knowledge of: - Setting goals and reaching them - Dealing with pressure and adversity - The winning mindset - The way to all-round good health Included is a small project booklet that I can send out to those that would like to use the methods I discuss and incorporate them in their own lives.
